Independent proof that a HubSpot workflow ran
Runliant adds a signed workflow action that records a checkpoint outside HubSpot. Teams can verify the workflow execution, status, and intentionally supplied message without giving Runliant access to CRM records.
1. Install
A HubSpot Super Admin installs the OAuth app in one real production account.
2. Add action
Add “Record Runliant checkpoint” to a genuine contact, company, deal, or ticket workflow.
3. Verify
Run the workflow once. Runliant records signed activity and marks the beta account active.
Least-privilege data access
The beta requests only HubSpot’s basic OAuth scope. Runliant stores the HubSpot account ID, encrypted OAuth tokens, and fields deliberately sent by the Runliant workflow action. It does not request read access to contacts, companies, deals, tickets, or their properties.
Production beta
HubSpot requires real activity across unrelated production accounts before Marketplace submission. Developer and test accounts do not count. Runliant is recruiting a small group of HubSpot customers and implementation partners for a 30-day validation.
