Follow the matching situation

Three common automation problems and what to do next

You do not need to learn technical terms first. Pick the situation that looks like yours and follow the checks in order. Each guide tells you what to open, what to copy, and what success looks like.

When a job did not run, produced nothing, or returned an incomplete result

01

The scheduled time passed, but the job did not run

An order was not handled, a spreadsheet was not updated, or a daily result never appeared.

Simplest checks

  1. Open the tool that normally runs the job and make sure the job is not paused.
  2. Open the job in Runliant and check its scheduled time and allowed delay.
  3. Run the original job once. If no record appears, copy the receiving address again from the setup screen.
After it works: After the first real run arrives, the status changes from “Waiting to connect” to “Healthy.” A later missed run names the job and explains that it is late.
02

The job says success, but it produced no result

The tool says “success,” but there is no new order, customer, spreadsheet row, or file. A success label alone cannot catch this.

Simplest checks

  1. Decide the smallest number of results a healthy run should create.
  2. Set that minimum in Runliant. Add required fields only when you need them.
  3. Run one real job instead of using empty test data.
After it works: The run record shows both the reported status and the result count. If the count is too low or a required field is missing, the alert says exactly what failed.
03

The AI job finished, but the answer is incomplete

An assistant may stop early, omit required information, or spend more than expected. Runliant checks rules you choose without calling another model.

Simplest checks

  1. Write simple rules for required output, such as “must include a title, conclusion, and source.”
  2. Add a time or cost limit only if you need one. You do not have to send the full conversation.
  3. Test with one real job and confirm that its result meets those rules.
After it works: A matching result shows “Healthy.” Missing content, excessive duration, or excessive cost produces an alert with the specific reason.
02 / Runliant

Let the job report back. Hear from it only when something is wrong.

Runliant needs only the final status and the result numbers you choose to send. Your existing tools, accounts, and jobs stay where they are.
