Service scope
Runliant checks jobs against the timing and result requirements you configure and alerts you to anomalies. It is not a guarantee of business continuity, financial results, or security. You remain responsible for the original platform, backups, and manual recovery procedures.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect login and private connection details, and not bypass quotas or rate limits, interfere with the service, mass-register to abuse free resources, or upload unlawful, infringing, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Free plan, subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
The free plan has no time limit and requires no payment method; it is subject to the published limits for jobs, users, history, and message delivery. A paid subscription begins only after you choose a plan and complete payment in Paddle. Starter, Team, and Scale renew monthly; Enterprise renews annually. You can cancel in the Paddle customer portal, normally effective at the end of the current paid period, after which the workspace returns to the free plan.
Our order process is conducted by online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders and provides payment-related customer service and handles returns.
Availability and liability
We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or detection of every anomaly. Our liability for issues caused by third-party platforms, networks, user configuration, or events beyond our control is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
