Privacy Policy
Runliant processes only the data needed to provide accounts, automation monitoring, incident notifications, and subscriptions. Data controller/operator: 贵州协星游戏有限公司(Guizhou Xiexing Game Co., Ltd.)
Data we collect
Account email, name, sign-in method, and security records; client and job names; job status, result counts, duration, cost, and errors; result content and AI-job steps processed briefly when detailed result checks are enabled; check rules, conclusions, and scores; and subscription status and payment events. We do not ask for automation-platform passwords or store full card numbers. The free plan requires no card. When you buy a plan, Paddle collects and stores payment information directly.
Purposes and service providers
We use data for authentication, monitoring, alerts, abuse prevention, support, and subscription management. Infrastructure and processing providers include Cloudflare, Google, Paddle, and Resend. They process necessary data under their terms, and data may be processed across borders within their global infrastructure.
Retention and deletion
Result content and AI-job steps used for detailed checks are processed only briefly while the decision is made, then removed from run records and never sent to a model service. Only check rules, conclusions, and scores are retained. Ordinary run records are kept for 30 days by default; records linked to incidents may be kept longer. Account, configuration, and billing records are retained as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
To prevent bulk registration and abuse of free resources, the system briefly stores risk fingerprints created with a dedicated key that cannot be reversed into an email, network address, or device information. Raw network addresses are not written to the abuse-prevention table. Manual review records are kept for no more than 30 days. After signing in, you can request permanent deletion in Account settings. Transaction records that Paddle or other providers must retain by law are not affected.
Cookies and security
We use cookies required for sign-in and request protection, and Cloudflare Turnstile to determine whether a request comes from a real user. We do not use advertising-tracking cookies. We use encryption, access controls, and rate limits, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
To measure site visitors, we use an anonymous first-party identifier and store the date, public page path, and either the referring hostname or a sanitized campaign source. We do not store IP addresses, full referrer URLs, full query strings, or browser details, and never use this data for advertising tracking.
